TechPowerUp has released GPU-Z version 2.69.0, the latest update to its widely used graphics subsystem information and diagnostic tool. This new release brings expanded compatibility for the latest graphics hardware from NVIDIA, AMD, Intel, and Moore Threads, along with several important bug fixes and stability improvements.
Broader NVIDIA GPU Compatibility
GPU-Z 2.69.0 introduces support for a range of new NVIDIA graphics cards. The update now recognizes the GeForce RTX 5090 D V2 and RTX 3050 A Mobile, as well as several RTX Pro Blackwell models, including the 5000, 4500, 4000, 4000 SFF, 5000 Mobile, 5000 Embedded, 2000, 1000, and 500. Device ID support has also been updated for the Quadro P1000, P2000, and RTX 6000, ensuring accurate detection and monitoring for professionals and enthusiasts alike.
Expanded AMD Graphics Support
On the AMD side, GPU-Z now supports the Radeon RX 7400 and the Radeon 820M integrated GPU found in Ryzen AI 5 330 processors. Additional support has been added for the Radeon Pro W6600X, Radeon Pro W7800, and Radeon Pro V710. The update also brings improvements for AMD Strix Halo platforms, enhancing compatibility and performance monitoring for users with the latest AMD hardware.
Intel and Moore Threads Enhancements
GPU-Z 2.69.0 extends its support to new Intel graphics solutions, including Arrow Lake H processors and the Arc A380E and A310E GPUs. The update also adds compatibility for the Moore Threads S30, reflecting the tool’s commitment to supporting emerging GPU technologies.

- Corrected shader count detection for certain unknown AMD and Intel APUs
