Corsair Introduces the 3200D Mid-Tower Chassis: Advanced Cooling and Modern Design

Corsair has officially launched the 3200D mid-tower PC case, setting a new standard for high-performance builds. Succeeding the popular 3000D, the 3200D is engineered for enthusiasts who prioritize superior cooling and hardware compatibility. Available in Black, White, and a new semi-transparent Smoke front panel, this chassis is designed to deliver both style and substance for today’s demanding PC builds.

Optimized for High-End Cooling and Hardware

The Corsair 3200D is crafted to maximize internal space while supporting the latest and most powerful components. With up to 375 mm of GPU clearance, it easily accommodates oversized graphics cards, including the NVIDIA RTX 5090. The case supports up to nine 120 mm or four 140 mm fans, and can house a 360 mm AIO liquid CPU cooler in either the front or roof, ensuring robust thermal management for high-performance systems.

For next-generation builds, the 3200D offers full compatibility with reverse connector motherboards, enabling clean, cable-free showcase builds. The all-new angled fan mount at the bottom of the case directs cool air directly toward the GPU, further enhancing cooling efficiency for demanding hardware.

Superior Airflow and Quiet Operation

The redesigned front panel of the 3200D emphasizes both aesthetics and airflow. Its ventilated structure allows the pre-installed RS120 fans to draw in cool air efficiently, maintaining optimal temperatures with minimal noise. This focus on airflow ensures that even the most powerful components remain cool under load, supporting stable and quiet operation.

Builder-Friendly Features

The 3200D is tailored for DIY PC builders, offering practical features that simplify assembly and maintenance. A side-mounted cable shroud keeps the interior tidy, while a built-in GPU Anti-sag Stabilization Arm protects both the graphics card and PCI Express slot from sagging. Storage options include support for up to three SSDs and one 3.5" HDD, making it easy to expand storage capacity as needed.

The front I/O panel is equipped with a high-speed USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 Type-C port for 20 Gb/s transfers, alongside a USB 2.0 Type-A port for broad device compatibility. The tempered glass side panel not only adds a premium touch but also provides easy access for upgrades and showcases your hardware.

Personalization and Cooling Options

The Corsair 3200D is available in two configurations to suit different preferences. The 3200D RS features three RS120 intake fans for effective cooling without RGB lighting, while the 3200D RS ARGB includes three RS120 ARGB fans for customizable lighting effects. Both versions utilize RS120 fans with Magnetic Dome bearings for quiet performance and AirGuide technology for targeted airflow.

RS120 fans can be daisy-chained for streamlined cable management and connect easily to motherboard headers for fan and lighting control via motherboard software. For advanced customization, the fans are compatible with the Corsair COMMANDER DUO controller and iCUE software, enabling synchronized fan speeds and lighting effects.

Availability and Warranty

The Corsair 3200D mid-tower chassis is now available through the Corsair webstore and authorized retailers worldwide. Each case is backed by a two-year warranty and supported by Corsair’s global customer service and technical support network, ensuring peace of mind for PC builders.
