Noctua Unveils Innovative All-in-One Liquid CPU Cooler at Computex 2026
At Computex 2026, Noctua introduced a groundbreaking prototype of its all-in-one (AIO) liquid CPU cooler, featuring an advanced coolant phase-change mechanism. Unlike many competitors, Noctua has engineered the pump-block entirely in-house, ensuring full control over design and performance without relying on third-party components.
The heart of this new AIO cooler lies in its unique pump-block construction. Noctua has applied a specialized treatment to the pump-block, incorporating layers of porous sintered copper particles along the microfin surfaces. This innovative approach significantly enhances the vaporization of the coolant, allowing for more efficient heat dissipation as the coolant circulates from the CPU to the radiator. The result is improved thermal performance, making this cooler a promising solution for high-performance PC builds.
Noctua NL-ACF1: Auxiliary Fan for Enhanced Cooling
In addition to the new AIO cooler, Noctua also showcased the NL-ACF1, an auxiliary fan designed specifically for AIO closed-loop coolers (CLCs). While many brands are adding display screens to their CPU coolers, Noctua has focused on practical thermal improvements. The NL-ACF1 is engineered to sit directly on top of the pump-block, featuring a conical frame that directs airflow to critical components around the CPU socket, such as the CPU VRM and memory modules.
Installation of the NL-ACF1 is straightforward and tool-free—simply slot the fan into place atop the pump-block. The fan connects via three contact points to the integrated fan controller within the block, which automatically synchronizes its speed with the radiator fans for optimal cooling performance.
Noctua’s latest innovations at Computex 2026 highlight the company’s commitment to advancing CPU cooling technology through in-house engineering and practical enhancements, setting new standards for efficiency and reliability in PC thermal management.
