The KIOXIA CM10 Series marks the company’s first enterprise SSDs to support PCIe 6.0, delivering substantial improvements in both sequential and random read performance compared to previous generations. Specifically, the CM10 Series achieves up to approximately 92% higher sequential read speeds and up to 85% higher random read speeds, significantly accelerating data processing for AI inference and enterprise workloads. These advancements are critical as AI models continue to grow in complexity, with parameter counts reaching into the trillions and context windows expanding to millions of tokens.

To address the increasing thermal demands of high-performance AI systems, the CM10 Series introduces direct-cold-plate liquid cooling capability in select form factors, enabling more efficient and flexible cooling solutions for next-generation data centers.
