Silicon Motion Technology Corporation, a global leader in NAND flash controller solutions, has announced the launch of its MonTitan SSD Reference Design Kit (RDK). This new platform features the company’s advanced PerformaShape technology, specifically engineered to meet the evolving demands of Agentic AI infrastructure. The MonTitan SSD RDK enables enterprise solid-state drives (SSDs) to function as a persistent memory layer, supporting key-value (KV) cache offload and autonomous AI agents, while ensuring predictable Quality of Service (QoS), sustained performance, and optimized endurance for dynamic, always-on AI workloads.
