Thermaltake Showcases Innovative PC Hardware at Gamescom 2026
At Gamescom 2026, Thermaltake made a strong impression with a diverse range of new PC hardware, expanding its portfolio across cases, power supplies, cooling solutions, and gaming peripherals. The booth featured several standout products, each designed to meet the evolving needs of PC enthusiasts and gamers.
CAPO X Dual-System Tower: Versatility Meets Design
One of the highlights was the CAPO X dual-system tower, first previewed at Computex earlier this year. This innovative chassis accommodates two microATX motherboards in a traditional tower layout, offering equal component clearance for both systems. Users benefit from matched GPU length and CPU cooler height limits, making it ideal for those who require two fully functional PCs in a single case. The CAPO X also features a striking pillarless, curved-edge tempered glass side panel that provides an unobstructed view of both systems.
Stage 450 TG ARGB: Flexible and Feature-Rich Mid-Tower
Thermaltake also introduced the Stage 450 TG ARGB, a mid-tower case measuring 533 x 239 x 479 mm. This chassis supports ITX, microATX, and ATX motherboards, with generous GPU clearance up to 450 mm and CPU cooler support up to 175 mm. Unique features include a dedicated front display area for collectibles, side-mounted fan support, and an optional 1480 x 720 display panel that can be mounted on the PSU shroud for added customization.
DockPower PSU Series: Tool-Free Cable Management
The DockPower PSU series was another major reveal. Building on its debut at Computex, Thermaltake showcased a complete lineup at Gamescom. The DockPower series introduces a detachable connection panel, allowing users to pull out the panel without tools, connect all necessary cables, and easily reinsert it—regardless of the case’s orientation. While the 1000 W 80 Plus Gold model was previously shown, the expanded lineup now includes 750 W, 850 W, and 1200 W variants, available in both black and white finishes.
Retro Series: Nostalgia Meets Modern Performance
Rounding out the booth was the Retro 260 TG micro tower, which debuted in April and was displayed alongside the broader Retro series at CES 2026. The Retro lineup includes the Retro 260 TG and 360 TG cases, retro-inspired LCD screens, the Ultra ARGB Sync AIO liquid coolers in 240 mm and 360 mm sizes with a 3.6-inch retro-style TFT display, the RetroCraft keyboard, RetroSwift mouse, and the SWAFAN Ultra fan series featuring swappable blades and dual ball bearings. This collection blends classic aesthetics with modern technology, appealing to both nostalgic users and those seeking unique builds.
