Chieftec Unveils High-Efficiency Power Supplies at IFA 2026

At IFA 2026 in Berlin, Chieftec introduced two new power supply units (PSUs) designed to meet the evolving needs of PC enthusiasts and professionals: the Titan ATX (TTP-1650FC) and the Duplex (RTX-1000G). These latest additions highlight Chieftec’s commitment to delivering both high performance and reliability in power delivery solutions.

Titan ATX: 1650W of Titanium-Certified Power

The Chieftec Titan ATX stands out as a powerhouse, offering a substantial 1650-watt output. It boasts an 80 Plus Titanium certification, ensuring exceptional energy efficiency and minimal power loss—qualities that are increasingly important for high-end gaming rigs and demanding workstation setups. The Titan ATX is fully modular, allowing users to connect only the cables they need for a cleaner, more organized build. Notably, Chieftec has opted for soft, textured cabling, moving away from the flat ribbon cables seen in previous models, which enhances both aesthetics and flexibility during installation.

Built on the ATX 3.1 standard, the Titan ATX is fully compatible with PCIe Gen 5 hardware, making it a future-proof choice for next-generation graphics cards and components. Cooling is managed by a 135 mm fluid dynamic bearing (FDB) fan, designed for quiet operation and long-term reliability.

Duplex: Redundant Power for Workstations and Servers

The Duplex (RTX-1000G) targets a different segment, focusing on environments where uptime and reliability are paramount. This 1+1 redundant ATX PSU features two 1000-watt modules, each with 80 Plus Gold certification. The redundant design ensures continuous operation—even if one module fails, the other can seamlessly take over, making it ideal for workstation and server applications.

To maintain a compact footprint, the Duplex uses non-modular cabling, with individual wires bundled neatly rather than employing a flat cable design. This approach helps optimize space within server racks or densely packed workstation cases, where every millimeter counts.

Positioning and Availability

The Titan ATX is positioned above Chieftec’s existing high-wattage power supplies, catering to users who demand maximum efficiency and power. Meanwhile, the Duplex introduces a robust redundant PSU option at the 1000-watt level—a first for Chieftec in this category. While pricing and release dates have not yet been announced, these new models signal Chieftec’s ongoing innovation in both consumer and professional power supply solutions.
