NVIDIA is reportedly upgrading its compute and AI-oriented H100 GPU, which is currently available in several different versions. The H100 PCIe and H100 SXM versions both come with 80 GB of HBM2E, while the H100 NVL features 188 GB of HBM3 (94 GB per card). However, the latest PCI ID Repository suggests that NVIDIA may soon offer 64 GB and 94 GB options for the H100 accelerator. Two messages posted on the repository indicate that NVIDIA is preparing to release these variations, but it's unclear whether they will actually hit the market. In September 2022, NVIDIA prepared an H100 variation with 120 GB of memory, but it has not been officially released.
